Workcenter location change - in First Navigation bar

Hello Experts,

In my CRM 7.0 ehp2 system when i run tcode crm_ui, it shows the following screen

In that if we click the "index" work center

So my current requirement is that I want to see that product catalog button in first page left hand side where "interactive record", interactive history", lead etc button are there.

From my side what I did

create a copy of business role IC_AGENT to ZIC_AGENT and assign workcenter loaction unselect the inactive button . Save it to new role and assign it to user XXXX . but when the user login into system finds the same "product catalog " in the 2nd navigation bar .

Any hint or idea whether i have to perform anything else or missed something here
