I would like to ask help from the experts here 
because i have an issue encoutered on my program (UPDATE WBS on Service) using BAPI_PO_CHANGE.
1. The program will update WBS in the account assignment tab in every line item but if the Item Category is equal to 'D' = Service, it will not update the WBS on Service Tab ( Account Assignment of Service in Line)
on ME23N this is scenario
for instance i'm using PO # 4500003163 and noticed that the BAPI_PO_CHANGE i'm using in my program does not change WBS when Item category is equal to D = Service.
when click to Service Tab, Highlight Sevice No. Clic Account Assignment of Service in Line 10, the WBS does not change.
and it give me a return message of ' NO DATA CHANGE'. I don't know what i'am going to do. i already checked the table/structure on that BAPI suddenly i did'nt find.
I Hope someone help me on my issue regarding this.
