BEx Query designer crashes

Hallo Experts,

when I try to work with a query having cell definitions, the Query designer crashes. With all other queries without cell definitions, there is absolutely no problem.

I have tried to look for some Notes which would deal with this error but in vain.

Herewith I am attaching a screenshot of the error as well.
