Without any authorization user is able to post the entry

Good Morning,

We have implemented object F_BKPF_BUP for restricting entry of users in previous period in trasaction OB52.  Same has been given by one  role to some users. 

Still one another user is able to post the entry in previous period without having this authorization.

               
We have checked Object F_BKPF_BUP in al roles of user, but object is not accessible to user through any roles.

Requesting you to please help me to solve the above issue.
