Integrity check failed due to the value of formatcode duplicate with the value AcctCode ofNon-Postable Account int "Chart of Accounts"

Dear All,

Does anyone facing the error as above during Pre-Upgrade Test Result, which is referring to note no 1753850?

Any option to upgrade since the note just mentioned as Application Error, and will provide a patch to fix this error since 9.0 PL06. Because until version 9.0 PL10, still facing the same error.
