Thank you for taking time to read my question. I am fairly new to the PS module and so please bear with me.
I am trying to find if there is a TCode or SAP program to automatically update the total planned cost on CJR2, based on the updated KP26 rates. Currently I have hours in CJR2 and the total planned cost is calculated based on the old rate. If I make a change on the hours (for e.g: add .01 to hours), system will automatically calculate the total cost based on the new rate. Once the new rate is calculated, I can take off the addition that I made and the system will hold the new updated value. Is there any way to automatically recalculate the costs for all open projects?
I checked this forum and couple of others and didn't see an answer. I might be wrong and there may not be a standard way, but if anyone out there know better, please share the information.
