Too many error records - update terminated, What to do with Error Stack Records?

Dear All,

When I try to upload my master data 0vendor it gives me this error.

"Too many error records -  update terminated"

Hence after reading these documents, as concern to temporary solution what I did is:

(1) DTP --> Error Handling --> Valid Records Update, Reporting Possible (Request Green)

     Maximum No. of Errors per Pack. = 9999999

(2) Re-run DTP.

(3) Data Load Succeed.

(4) When I check Error Stack, it is showing 1000 records.

(5) Now what to do with these records?

(6) How to solve this error permanently?

Please guide me for the same.
